I started with selected and research on a franchise of my interest. 
By using the franchise evaluation checklist (Scarborough (2011) pp.205-206) as a guide,
I have contacted the franchisor and write a report on the terms and conditions of the franchise contract. 
I have also interview an existing local franchisee of the franchise and report on the performance and challenges faced by the franchisee.
